Misuse of ECHS Cards : Take Action by all Exserviceman
As circulated by ECHS authority, recent reports indicate that empanelled hospitals, in collusion with some beneficiaries, are misusing ECHS cards. As per the initial Self-Declaration signed by primary beneficiaries, any misuse of their or their dependent’s card will lead to cancellation of membership without notice.
Reaffirmation of Commitment : Must Do it
To prevent misuse, all primary beneficiaries must submit a Self-Declaration reaffirming their commitment to proper use of ECHS cards. This must be completed by 30 June 2025, with the OIC PC ensuring compliance.
Dissemination of Information: Upload Declaration
The instruction and Self-Declaration format will be shared via the ECHS website, ECHS App, and social media groups of Ex-Servicemen and OIC PCs for widespread awareness.
