Special Rally for recruitment in Agniveer Cadre for sponsoered candidates under relation of the Army personnel / Ex-servicemen and DSC personnel. Details are as under.
AMC Centre & College UHQ Quota Enrolment Rally for the Rtg Yr 2024- Ex-Servicemen/War Widows/ Widows and real brothers of serving son/brother of DSC personnel who have served in AMC for the vacancies (Clerk), Agniveer Storekeeper Technical (SJ(T), Agniveer GD Agniveer Tradesman 10th pass (Chef, Steward, Dresser & Msicia (open cat) and Agniveer Tradesman 8 th Pass (House keeper) is planned to be conducted for AMC Centre and College from 07 Nov to 14 Nov 2024. All eligible candidates will register themselves as per details given in para 2 below. The candidates are advised to report to AMC Stadium, AMC Centre & College, on Lucknow-Rae Bareilly road on the date being intimated to them by “provisional acceptance email. Candidates reporting late or with incomplete documents will not be eligible to take part in.

Pay and Allowances for Agniveer
Year-I. Customised Package – Rs 30,000/- (Plus applicable allowances)
Year-2 Customised Package – Rs 33,0001- (Plus applicable allowances)
Year,-3. Customised Package – Rs 36,500/- (Plus applicable allowances)
Year-4. Customised Package – Rs 40,000/- (Plus applicable allowances)
Aftr 4 Years 25% Agniveers will be absorved in Other Rank
Based on organisational requirements and policies promulgated, Agniveers who are completing their engagement period in each batch will be offered an opportunity to apply for enrolment in the regular cadre of IA. These applications will be considered in a centralised manner by the army based on an objective criteria including performance during their engagement period and not more than 25% of each specific batch of Agniveers will be enrolled in regular cadre of the IA, post completion of their four years engagement period.
Seva Nidhi Package for Agniveers
On discharge at 4 years, the corpus of Rs 5.02 lakhs will be
matched by the Government of India (Gol), an amount of Rs 10.04 lakhs and accrued interest will be given to the Agniveers. In case of Agniveers who are subsequently selected for enrolment in IA as regular cadre, the “Seva Nidhi” package to be paid to them will comprise only their contribution including accrued interest thereon. In the case of Agniveers exiting service before the end of their engagement period on their own request, the individuals Seva Nidhi package, accumulated as on date,, will be paid with the applicable rate of interest. In such cases, no Govt contribution to Seva Nidhi Package will be entitled. The “Seva Nidhi” will be exempt from Income Tax.
