SPARSH is now an essential and integrated part of defence pensioners. It may sometime be essential for you to change or update your mobile number. SPARSH has given opportunity and access to change your mobile number . Just follow these steps to update your mobile number on SPARSH Portal.

Step – I before starting the process you must keep ready your ePPO Number of 12 digits and SPARSH PPO Number. If you do not have received your ePPO number click here to check your ePPO number in CGDA pension portal. To get the SPARSH PPO you may click here. Keep your Adhaar Number ready and ensure that the Adhaar Number is linked to the mobile number you want to update.

Step 2 : Once you have kept ready all the requisite information, navigate to the website details as given below. You will find an interactive window.

Step 3 : After entering the SPARSH Help page, you may find the fields which is related to your PPO Number and Adhaar number. Just complete the pages and submit. You may be prompted for Adhaar OTP. Put the OTP received in your mobile number.

Step 4 : Now update your mobile number as directed.
