SPARSH Pension system has been fully operative now and PCDA has migrated approximately 26 Lakh pensioners to the SPARSH system from traditional CPPC of Banks. However, there are a lot of doubts and uncertainty in the minds of the defence pensioners related to utility and handling of SPARSH.
Once a Defence pensioner migrated to the SPARSH System, he needed to do two basic things. Firstly – Complete PDV duly checked the data available in the SPARSH portal using his user ID and Password. In case of any discrepancies in documents, they need to be rectified on the SPARSH Portal duly provided supporting document in electronic form.
All the things can be done using the Mobile app of the SPARSH Portal. You can use this App even not received the user ID and Password also. Lets use it now without Login to the Portal. Just have look to the screen shots sharing here :
After installation of the portal, you may open it to know the utility of SPARSH Portl.
Step-1 – How to write anything directly to SPARSH Portal through E mail;-
Click on the 3 lines available at the top left corner and then click on write us tab. Once you touch here, you wll be prompted to Email. Follow the screen please.
Ste 2 – Use the Featurs without login i.e – Opdate Mobile, Track Service Requst, Service Centres, FAQ, Report Missing, Start Family ension, Report Convictions
