The Court case regarding demand for Equal MSP has been filed at the Hogh Court of Delhi whcih was scheduled to be heared on 06 Sept 2023.

As scheduled and listed, hearing of the case organised at 3 PM on 06 Dep 2023.

Respondent of the Case, the Defence authority wants to produce some documents which is yet to be prepared. As a result, they prayed some more time and the court allowed them 02 Weeks more to produce the documents before the court. The document they wanted to produce before the court is left pending due to authentication by MoD.

Due to shortage of time and some administrative urgency, the Judge left the Court and the respondents have been allowed 02 Weeks time to produce the document.

Finally the next date of the hearing ordered by the court for 09 Oct 2023 at 15-30h.

It may be expected that the case will be finalised on the next date of hearing with a good news to consider the case in favour of JCOs/OR as it is legitimate and established on logic and rules of equality enshrined in the Constitution of India.
