How to Apply for Buying a residential unit through AWHO

OPTION 1

Obtain Application Form and Master Brochure by Registered post
by Sending Rs 168/- DD/IPO in favour of MD, AWHO payable at Delhi/New Delhi.

Take the print out on 8.5″ x 14″ (Legal) size paper.

Note :-

1. Please take the Printout on Legal Size paper.

2. Please ensure that Para 17 is printed properly in your downloaded form. Please ensure that photograph and signature of applicant @ Para 23 is verified by the following: All Serving Personnel: Commanding Officers and Ex servicemen, Widows and Parents of Unmarried Fatal Casualties: Secretary, District Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen Board or any 1st class gazette officer in Area HQ/ Sub Area HQ/ Station HQ or by the Sub Divisional Magistrate of the district of which the applicant is a resident.

3. Documents to be submitted attested by authority as mentioned above:
Copy of Release/ Retirement order (in case of retired/ retiring personnel)
Copy of Pension Pay Order (in case of retired personnel, widows and parents of unmarried Fatal Casualties)
Copy of Death certificate (in case of widows and parents of unmarried Fatal Casualties)

Also, you can send Rs.168/- (if applying under AR/SS/TK schemes) “or” Rs. 177/- (Sale/Purchase cases) by Postal Order or DD to obtain Master Brochure containing Application form by registered post or collect locally from Project Director’s office or from HQ AWHO New Delhi on cash payment of Rs.125/- “or“ Rs.132/- (Sale/Purchase cases). Form can also be downloaded from our website www.awhosena.in where applicants will have to remit aforesaid amount extra by demand draft/postal order while sending their applications for the Master Brochure which will be despatched to them later on.
