Operated under the aegis of the Veterans Branch Office, MUPSA CSD, it functions out of the Command CSD Compound and is open from Monday to Saturday, 0900 to 1600 hrs.

- Gallantry Award Winners:
- One-time grant and annual payment provided to recipients of bravery awards.
