What are the changes in the rules of Canteen Smartcard? Friends, the changes that have been made and the new policy of Canteen Smartcard that is presenting here. Some development in CSD Canteen rules which you might be aware of are as under :-

Annual renewal of Canteen Smartcard has been discontinued. That is, the renewal of your Canteen Smartcard has already been discontinued.

Purchase of one month entitlement of Grocery and Liquor in advance has been permitted. That is, you have got the permission to buy Grocery for one extra month. Limit for purchase of 4-wheeler has been enhanced as under.

The vehicle for the officer has been increased from 15 lakhs to 20 lakhs. JCO has been increased from 7 lakhs to 10 lakhs. OR has been increased from 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs.

Purchase of EV costing up to Rs 5 lakhs more than laid down limit has been permitted. Criteria for classification of Premium Looker has been increased from up 1500 to 2000. Purchase of 2 TVs and 1 AC has been permitted in Block of 4 year.

Veeranari and NOK of Battle Casualty /Fatal are being issued with Unique Canteen Smartcard at free of cost. Unique Canteen Smartcard has been issued for them. You want to buy AC and TV ? You can buy an additional Rs 2,500 grocery in liquor card. Widow / NOK Only 50% quota. Additional Rs 40,000 on liquor and dependent card. The new entitlement effective wef 1 February 2024.

JCO OR including pensioner, Widow NOK, may purchase upto 5-4 car in lifetime respectively.
