Grocery items and Liquor can be bought direcctly from any CSD as per your entitlement. AFD-I items can be bought affter a certain yers of interval only. You must Know Your Latest CSD Purchase Entitlement for Liquor Grocery and AFD Items. A Detailed information is given here which includes Liquor, Grocery, AFD-II and AFD-I items like Car, Bike, TV, Fridge, AC, Laptop, Washing Machine, Dish washer etc.

For Officers – Monthly – Rs. 11,000/-
For JCOs/Equivalent Monthly – Rs 8,000/-
For NCOs/OR & Equivalent Monthly – Rs 5,500/-
CSD Liquor Items Monthly Purchase Limits
For Serving Officers – Monthly – 10 Bottles
For Serving JCOs/Equivalent Monthly – 7 Bottles
For Serving NCOs/OR & Equivalent Monthly – 5 Bottles
For Retired Officers – Monthly – 10 Bottles
For Retired JCOs/Equivalent Monthly – 6 Bottles
For Retired NCOs/OR & Equivalent Monthly – 4 Bottles
Note : The above entoitlement is subject to change from time to time. Bottles are of IMFL – Indian Made Foreign Liquor only. 4 beers count as a single bottle for a hard drink.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR OTHER AFD-I ITEMS – TWO WHEELERS/ AC / FRIDGE/ WASHING MACHINE/LAPTOPS/DESK OPS ETC.
(a) TVs: Two TVs in a block period of four years.
(b) ACs: Four ACs in a block period of four years.
(c) Other AFD-I Items (Less Four Wheeler): No Change (One in Four Years) from the date of last purchase.
Following category of canteen smartcard holders are authorized for other AFD-i items:-
(a) Armed Forces personnel (Serving & Retired) – PAY LEVEL 1 TO 18.
(b) Defence CIVILIAN Employees (Serving & RETIRED) – PAY LEVEL 1 TO 18.
(c) Defence Civilian Family Pensioners – Pay Level 1 To 18.
(d) Gap Between Purchase of Same Item / Two Wheeler To Be of Minimum Four Years From The Date of Last Purchase.(E) At A Time Only One Type Of AFD-I Items Can Be Purchased Within The Above Specified Time Gap.
