It has been observed by the military authority that some time, the ESM/original CSD beneficiary is unable to collecct CSD Grocery store from URC due to physical illness or old age. In this situation, you may authorise an attendant / any family member/friends to collect the CSD Grocery items using your CSD smart Card from URC.
Only Grocery items can be collected and no Liquor is permitted in such cases. A Certificate mentioning the cause of inability to visit URC must be signed by medical authority in presccribed format.
