Against response of representation from IESL on the above subject , CS Dte has expressed the following related to availability of Products in CSD for all entitled beneficiaries of CSD.
As per the CS Dte Policy Letter No 95350Q/DDGCS/Advisory dated 0 1 Jun 2023 all CSD beneficiaries are permitted to purchase grocery and liquor as per their their entitlement from any URC. No URC will deny sale of grocery and liquor to an entitled CSD beneficiary holding a valid CSD Smart Card.
CS Dte has requested all Stn HQ to issue necessary instructions to all URCs under them to obviate such incidences in future and into complainant through email and action taken report be submitted to the CS Dte by 20 Jun 2024.
