How To Register On The ECHS Mobile App – Step-by-Step Guide For ESM And Beneficiaries

The ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) Mobile App allows Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and their family members to easily access healthcare services, view appointments, and manage their ECHS card digitally. To use the app, it is mandatory to first register the ECHS card at the nearest polyclinic.

Here is a step-by-step guide to register and log in to the ECHS mobile app:

✅ Step 1: Card Registration at the Polyclinic

Before you can use the mobile app, make sure your ECHS Smart Card is registered at your nearest ECHS Polyclinic. Without this, app registration is not possible.

📲 Step 2: Mobile App Registration Process

Once your card is registered at the polyclinic, follow the steps below to register on the ECHS Mobile App:

🔹 A. Open the App

Download the ECHS Mobile App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Open the app and tap on “Register”.

🔹 B. Fill in Required Details

Enter ECHS Card Number
- Input the 16-digit card number from your ECHS Smart Card.
Enter Registered Mobile Number
- Use the same mobile number that was used during the online ECHS application.
Create a 4-Digit PIN
- Set a secure 4-digit PIN for future logins.
Confirm the PIN
- Re-enter the same 4-digit PIN in the Confirm Password field.
Click on Register
- Submit the form by tapping the “Register” button.

🔐 Step 3: OTP Verification

An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP in the app to validate your registration.
Once validated, you can log in using the Card Number and PIN.
