In the first year, Agni Vir’s salary will be around Rs. 4.76 lakh per year, which will increase to Rs. 6.92 lakh per year in the fourth year. If we talk about the first year, Agni Vir will be given a Rs. 30,000 salary package. In this service package, Rs. 9,000 will be deducted as a contribution.

And it is also important for you to know that the amount that will be deducted, the same amount will be deposited in the service package by the government. Agni Vir will be given a Rs. 33,000 salary package in the second year of service.

In this service package, Rs. 9,900 will be deducted. In the third year of service, Rs. 36,500 salary package will be given. In this service package, Rs. 10,950 will be deducted.

If we talk about the fourth year, Agni Vir will be given a salary of Rs. 40,000 in the last year of service. In this service package, Rs. 12,000 will be deducted. The amount that will be deducted, the equal amount will be deposited by the Govt also in the service package by the government. Means if govt deduct 12,000/- rupees in a month, the govt will also give you 12,000/- in amonth for terminal benefit and total deposite for the month will be Rs 24,000/-.

If we look at it this way, then after the completion of the four-year deadline, Agni Vir will receive a free service package of Rs.  11.71 lakh. In which all types of interest will be included. If we talk about the benefits that Agni Vir will receive, then states like Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Karnataka have already announced various helpful measures for Agni Vir who will retire after serving in the Indian Armed Forces for four years.

After the completion of the four-year deadline, Agni Vir will be given a free service package. In which his contribution, interest on it and the contribution made by the government will be included. Agni Vir will receive a Skill India certification while serving.
