Life certificate for continuation of pension is required to be submitted by 30 November 2023. With introduction of SPARSH pension portal, all defence pensioners are required to submit Life certificate via electronic media communication.
Jeevan Praman, MLC can be utilize through SPARSH Portal. Since all the pensioners are not capable to use electronic devices to submit Life certificate, the CDA office has taken initiative steps to cover all the pensioners to submit life certificate by 30 Nov 2023 with their close assistance. various method of Life certificate submission may be read below :-

Sub : Nationwide Digital life Certificate Campaign 2.0 organized by Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) in 100 cities of India from 1st to 30th November, 2023.
HQrs. Office CGDA, Delhi has Intimated that a Nation-wide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) campaign 2.0 for spreading awareness amongst all the Central Government pensioners as well as the Pension Disbursing Authorities for usage of Digital Life Certificate (DLC) through Face Authentication Technology for performing Identification is going to launch under the aegis of Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW) in 100 cities of India from 1. to 30. November, 2023. The objective of this campaign is to promote use of Face Authentication Technology and DLC modes by pensioners to submit their life certificate.
In this regard, it is requested to give wide publicity regarding annual Identification of the defence pensioners / family pensioners through MC 2.0 NIL face authentication technology) and to Issue directions to the Jila Sainik Welfare Offices of all the districts In your State to conduct the campaign In their area of operation in the selected places and advise their registered Pensioners’ Associations etc. to help defence pensioners to given DL by creating awareness on annual identification. The pensioners may be advised to get their identification done in any one of the Centers viz Defence Pension Disbursing Offices (DPDOs), Common Service Centres (CSC) and E-Seva Centres.
