📌 Role Summary
We are urgently seeking an Ex-Defence JCO/NCO with strong experience in vehicle repair & maintenance supervision. The role involves ensuring fleet readiness by:
- Conducting preventive maintenance of a large fleet (HCV/LGV).
- Managing and coordinating with garages, vendors, and workshops.
- Providing operational support for breakdowns and urgent night calls.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹55,000/month
- Accommodation: Free single-person shared accommodation
- Duty: 6-day working week, with flexibility for breakdowns and operational needs
✅ Eligibility Criteria (Ex-Defence Only)
- Retired JCO/NCO from Armed Forces with relevant Motor Transport (MT) experience.
- Army (EME) – B Veh / MT experience preferred.
- Air Force / Navy – MT Section / Vehicle Maintenance background.
- Hands-on experience of military workshops / MT sections (HCV/LGV).
- Must be capable of leading and supervising a large fleet operation.
- Basic computer skills desirable.
