A large number of Army personnel and their dependents regularly visit R&R Hospital (Delhi Cantt), Base Hospital (Delhi Cantt), and Command Hospitals for medical treatment. However, these visits often involve challenges such as:
- Changing OPD procedures
- Scheduling of appointments
- Checking availability of specialists
- Navigating through different departments and wards
To address these concerns and ensure a smoother experience for the serving community and veterans, a dedicated assistance system has been introduced. Under this initiative, a designated individual called “AAD Sahyogi” has been appointed for each major hospital. These Sahyogis will act as point-of-contact guides, providing information and assistance to all visitors.
Role of AAD Sahyogi
The AAD Sahyogi will:
✔ Help coordinate OPD appointments
✔ Provide guidance on hospital procedures
✔ Assist in locating departments and specialists
✔ Support serving and retired personnel as well as their dependents
They will be available during working hours on weekdays and can be contacted via call or WhatsApp.
