8th Pay Commission 2026: Railway Employees ki Badi Demands

14 April 2026 ko Railway Employees Associations namely – SRMU / AIRF ne JCM ke through 8th CPC ko apni major demands submit ki hain. Yeh demands sirf salary hike tak limited nahi hain, balki employees ke overall welfare, pension security, aur work-life balance ko improve karne par focus karti hain.

Minimum Pay ₹69,000 (Family of 5 Units ke hisaab se)

Demand: Minimum salary ₹69,000 honi chahiye

7th CPC ne minimum pay ₹18,000 rakha tha, jo inflation aur cost of living ke hisaab se ab kaafi kam pad raha hai.
