CSD Online Purchase Guide For AFD1 Items : Serving And Retired Soldiers

CSD is now online and you may buy home appliances and Car,Bike etc through online process. After completion of registration the buying process is quite easy and everything is online. You need not to visit CSD Deport or pay any DD. The detailed process may be described in following steps :-

Registration and Login approval for online CSD AFD Portal

Step-1 – If not Registered earlier, Register now at https://afd.csdindia.gov.in/ and then give your personal details including Chip Number and Card Number of your CSD Smart card. It will take maximum 1 week to get admin approval. While filling up forms mus keep secure your user ID and Password created by you in this process

Step-II – After getting approval, you may login via user ID and Password. The detailed process can be read or download from the PDF Link below.

Buying a product from CSD online AFD Portal

It is s very easy and involves these steps

Step-I – Login to the Portal
Step – II – Choose your product by selecting CSD, Vendor & Area of delivery

Step –III – Now contact the vendor and ask (i) Availability certificate with quoted price. (ii) For car/bike 0- Chasis number and booking papers

Step – IV – Once you have selected the product, fill up the requisite personal details and upload certificates/ availability certificate and booking details if applicable. Submit now and once approved, Pay the amount online.

Step –V – Wait for maximum 5 working days. Now check msg/email . Your purchase approved and an intimation for collection of Supply order received. Now visit the URC CSD concerned and collect the copy. Very soon this will also be available online PDF download mode.

Step –VI – Now visit the vendor and handover this supply order and collect your product.
