3. Penury Grant for Non-Pensioners
- Eligibility: ESM (up to Havildar & below) who are non-pensioners and above 65 years of age.
- Benefit: ₹4,000/- per month.
4. Financial Assistance for Marriage of Daughter/Widow Remarriage
- Eligibility: ESM (up to Havildar & equivalent) for the marriage of their daughter, or widow’s remarriage.
- Benefit: One-time grant of ₹50,000/-.
5. Financial Assistance for Medical Treatment (Non-Pensioners/Widows)
- Eligibility: Non-pensioner ESM and widows up to Havildar rank.
- Benefit: ₹30,000/- per annum.
6. Financial Assistance for Treatment of Serious Diseases
- Eligibility: All ranks of ESM.
- Benefit: Up to ₹1,25,000/- (depending on severity and requirement).
7. Financial Assistance for Mobility Equipment
- Eligibility: Disabled ESM with more than 50% disability sustained after retirement.

8. Financial Assistance for 100% Disabled Child of ESM
- Eligibility: Child of ESM up to JCO rank or equivalent.
- Benefit: ₹3,000/- per month.
9. Interest Subsidy on Home Loan
- Eligibility: War-bereaved families, war-disabled ESM, and attributable peacetime casualties.

10. Vocational Training for Widows of ESM
