As per the Ministry of Defence, PCDA (Pension), Allahabad, pension of the effected pensioners will be stopped after 20 March 2023 those who have not completed identification within the cutoff date in any mode of submission.
Meanwhile, PCDA has issued order regarding payment of arrears on account of OROP to be paid at one go within 15 March 2023. Based on the orders of Supreme Court, the MoD has issued this instruction. Now the question is that if the Arrears amount will be paid to such effected pensioners or not. If not then what will be the remedial action required to be taken.
