Grand Victory Of Exservicemen Disability Pension Court Order in favour of Exserviceman 

Court Order has been passed by Armed Forces Tribunal Lucknow to grant Disability Pension to the disabled soldiers whose claims were rejected by PCDA (P)  

Disability Pension of thousands of disabled soldiers are denied, their claims are rejected by PCDA (Pension), Allahabad (Prayagraj) every year in spite of haveing Disability pension Court order.

Condition of Disability Pension  (a)  Disability  atleast 20% for superannuation & 1% for invalid  (b) Disability should be either attributable to or aggravated by military service or both.

The law on attributability of a disability has already been settled by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Dharamvir Singh Versus Union of India & Others, reported in (2013) 7 Supreme Court Cases 316. .
