SPARSH Pensioners Complete this action by 15 Days to avoid Suomoto action by PCDA

Your pension must have been migrated to SPARSH or likely to be migrated to SPARSH within a few weeks. Defence pension authority, team SPARSH has circulated a msg for all SPARSH pensioners in their official website to take action accordingly.

Present Status of Migration to SPARSH

According to the Defence Pension authority, Team SPARSH, 100% Defence pensioners including family pensioners and invalid pensioners, war widows etc, will be migrated to SPARSH by end of this year. As per data available in the official website of SPARSH, approx 29 lakh Defence pensioners (including civilians) have already been migrated to SPARSH. Remaining are under process to collect data from bank/PDA concerned.

Action to be taken by SPARSH pensioners within 15 Days

Now, the action to be taken has been suggested in the official website of SPARSH that on receiving intimation regarding Migration of your pension to SPARSH and on receipt of Credential of your SPARSH Profile i.e User ID and Password, all pensioners should login to their SPARSH profile within 15 days of this notification.

In case you do not verify/ submit the details before the said period , it will be suomoto deemed to be verified by the system. For desired corrections to the data, provide the needed supporting documents for attachments. The corrections will be subject to approval by the Record office.

The original Msg from PCDA (P) Allahabad, Team SPARSH for all Recently Migrated SPARSH pensioners is reproduced below :

Dear , Your Pension is under process of approval and you have been assigned Pensioner ID XXXXXXXXX. You have to verify the data provided by the Record Office, Pay Account Office and need to submit undertaking/declarations for sanction of pension. Please complete this activity within 15 days of this notification i.e. before dd/mm/yyyy.

How to verify your SPARSH Data, submit declaration and initiate correction of wrong data ?

On receipt of SPARSH Credential, user ID and Password, you need to go to the official website of SPARSH as URL mentioned below and thereafter, on successful login change your password immediately. After changing the password, you need to submit an online declaration. Read carefully and submit your acknowledgement and declaration.

In this process you can access your personal and pension data which can be checked on your own using a mobile phone/ PC. In case of any discrepancy/deficiency, you may initiate an update document with supporting document uploading.
