SPARSH has been introduced in the year 2021 in Indian Armed Forces Pension disbursement and sanction process. Login to the Portal is a vital problem, a large number of SPARSH pensioners suffering since long. You might have received your user ID and password and may not be able to login to SPARSH portal and it is showing incorrect password or incorrect user ID. This problem causes irritation with the users but we should accept it as a preliminary stage of the new system and it will be resolved very soon.
Don’t worry, here is the solution. You will enable to login to your SPARSH profile just after following these steps. Before going to the process please confirm that you have received the mobile msg regarding your SPARSH ID . No matter, if you have not received password, no matter , you will be able to login after following these step.
Firstly find out your pension ID received in your mobile phone. Your pension ID contains 14 digits. If you have already received SPARSH User ID and passwordhttps://faujinews.com/data-correction-in-sparsh-portal-for-pre-2016-pensioners/ it is OK. Must know that your Pension ID and SPARSH user ID is different. So, just visit the official website of SPARSH as as link given below. Please do not click any unknown link, check twice before clicking any unknown link. Official website of the SPARSH is www.sparsh.defencepension.gov.in. So, once you visited the official website of the SPARSH, you may find a login button at the right corner. If you are using mobile phone, you may use the SPARSH App also. Once you clicked on the login button, you will find an interface like this :

Now put your SPARSH user ID once received through your mobile phone. Ensure that last tywo digit of your SPARSH user ID is 01 for pensioners and 02 for family pensioners. Again check that it must be SPARSH user ID and not repeat NOT Pension ID.
If you have doubt, just put your pension ID and add 01 at the end…. Now it is your SPARSH User ID. OK now put the Password you received in your mobile number. And pout the captcha then press Login button. If it is not working then please click on forget password button and put the SPARSH user ID as earlier explained and click on send OTP. Through this process you will receive your SPARSH user ID and Password on your registered mobile phone.

Now login SPARSH portal using new ID password and change the password. After the changing password, go through the declaration and PDV process which is self-explanatory.
