SPARSH is a newly introduced pension administration system which is dedicated to the defence pensioners.  Many of us may have received the user ID and Password and some may not receive.  Who have received user ID and password, may face difficulties in login and technical issues or any kind of difficulties. Those who are waiting for receiving user ID and Pass word also want to know how to get your user ID and Pass word.  To solve all such problems, PCDA Pension has formed a team of Nodal officers who will answer all of your queries and solve your problems. Just go through this article and know the details.

PCDA Pension has published a circular recently and declared that to facilitate the Defence pensioners for effective use of SPARSH and redress their grievances, queries or any technical requirement required regarding working on SPARSH, a team of Nodal officers have been constituted. Now You need not to be worried. In addition our team is always with you. Dont forget to attenmd the Live Session of our Channel Exserviceman India on every Sunday at 8-30 PM

These Nodal officers will act as single point of contact for their allocated Record Offices for the specific purposes as mentioned below:-

  • Accepting any changes in user detail/ organogram for configuration
  • Any application issue/technical issue being faced by users
  • Receiving any training requirement/resolution of doubts etc. (Iv)              Any problem faced by users in login to SPARSH
