Soldiers sacrificed their life for the nation to protect their motherland. Since the British Rules, it has been experienced by the soldiers and veterans that there are big anomalies in Indian Armed Forces in terms of pay and allowances and other benefits during service and even after retirement.
Due to British colonial system of command in the Armed Forces of independent India, a huge grievances has been accumulated in the community of JCOs/OR (Jawans) specially indicating the discriminations with the Commissioned officers of the Armed Forces. The training and obligations resisted the veteran Jawans since then to rise their voice in the appropriate forum against the all odds.
