Please refer to your letter cited above reference received under HQrs Office (DAD HQrs) letter No.5699/AT-P/OROP/Vol-XXV dt 26.05.2022. In this regards, it is stated that the matter is under due consideration at appropriate level of Gol to implement the Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement dated 16.03.2022 and the same will be implemented as and when Govt. order received in this regards.
2. Further, points raised in your representation are beyond the purview of OROP. However, OMJC report is yet to be finalised by Gol.
