November started : Submit your Life Certificate to avoid stoppage of Pension

Your pension payment is processed through SPARSH or through Bank, whatever may be, you need to complete your identification process or Life Certificate as soon as possible. Those who have already been migrated to SPARSH may complete identification process on the portal. Exservicemen, Famili pensioners , MES retiress and all Defence cuvulian pensioners are included in the SPARSH system , so all are eligible to file their life certificate throuygh online process using biometric fingerprint machine and manual life certificate both.

MLC is an easy process to submit life certificate on the SPARSH portal without any device. This process is quite time consuming and needs to depend on some other authority. Whereas the Aadhar Based Digital process need not depend on anyone and can be completed within a few minutes from home only. Those who are not capable to handle the online life certificate process, may submit their life certificate on their concerned bank. SBI and PCDA has signed an MoU regarding API integration and SBI will accept manual paper life certificate of Defence pensioners upto next 5 years.

You may also adopt Jeevan praman portal to put your life certificate digitally. face reading App and Jeevan praman duly integrated and file digital life certificate. In such process you must remember that –

or Defence/SPARSH Pensioners you should ensure that correct details have been feeded while entering online/ offline form for life certificate. Details are as under –

(a) Type of pensioners – Service pension or Family pension whichever is applicable.

(b) Organisation –Central Govt.

(c) For Pension Sanctioning Authority: Your PCDA who generated your PPO:-

(i) For Army pensioners both male and family it is PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

(ii) For Naval pensioners it is PCDA (Navy) Mumbai.

(iii) For IAF pensioners it is Jt CDA (AF) Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt.

(d) Disbursing Agency:

For SPARSH PENSIONERS of all three services it is SPARSH- PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraaj.

For those still not yet migrated it is your own CPPC of the Bank, like CPPC, SBI, Kolkata.

(e) Disbursing Agency:

For SPARSH migrated pensioners, it is SPARSH – PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

(f) Agency. For migrated pensioners it is SPARSH-PCDA. (Pensions) Prayagaraj. For others it is CPPC of Bank.

(e) Disbursing Agency : For all migrated to SPARSH, it is SPARSH – PCDA (Pensions), Prayagraj.

(f) Agency: For all migrated Pensioners, it is : SPARSH -PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad.

(g) PPO No: The last PPO or E-PPO No you got from your PSA (Pension Sanctioning Authority).
