Job vacancy at Port Trust
Port Trust of India (KOPT) is recruiting for their organisation and they have preferred the Ex-Serviceman category personnel. Details of the post, salary and nature of duty is described below –
Nature of Duty – The Ex – Armed Forces personnel who are willing to perform the duties of Security Guard of the Port of Kolkata may apply for the post. Duty hours 8 hours a day as usual shift duty and 26 days in a month in general.
Pay and allowances : Salary for the ESM is as per FGR rate and no other allowances is applicable
Eligibility Criteria – Exservicemen below 50 years of age only can apply. Must be medically fit and have SHAPE-1 . Educational qualification is 10th Pass. Tradesman are not allowed.
Total vacancy – vacancy for the post is 80 for the Kolkata Port Trust.
