The SPARSH pension Portal launched by PCDA (Pension), Prayagraj is an exclusive platform for defence pensioners including civilian retirees of Defence. PPO is issued to the Pension at the time of proceeding to pension establishment. Thereafter as and when any revision or rectification is done, corrigendum PPO is issued to Defence pensioners by PCDA, Prayagraj. Now, the Defence pension authority has decided to issue your PPO through SPARSH Portal as e-version. To download your latest PPO you should login your SPARSH profile using the credential. SPARSH is very convenient and user friendly for Defence pensioners. Initially, you might have faced or facing some problem with this because of new system. But, it is very sure that in future, you will feel convenient with this new system of your pension.

Steps to login to your SPARSH Account using your mobile phone or Desktop/Laptop is below :-

Step I : Just brows to SPARSH Portal to https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in/?page=home and login using your user ID and Password already received in your mobile phone message.

Step –III : Complete acknowledgement process just clicking next buttons on the SPARSH Portal.

Step-IV : Complete declaration just clicking next buttons and give OTP received in your registered mobile number linked to Adhaar. You should put your Adhaar Number and linked mobile number here.

Now you have completed your SPARSH First login process. You may now check your documents , i.e your PPO, Pension Slip, family detaills, pension details, pension entitlement etc. You don’t need to do any mandatory action in the SPARSH Portal other than the action mentioned above.

Step V : SPARSH is an exclusive platform for defence pensioners, you may perform multiple task using the SPARSH Portal. To download your e PPO from SPARSH, just click on My document button and then you will find all your document at Right main panel I.e PPO, Pension Slip, Form 16 etc. Now click on the PPO and a pdf copy of your e PPO will appear. You should have installed PDF reader in your system to read the downloaded pdf file.
