How do I Create a Sparsh Login ID and Password ?

SPARSH is now the most important portal for Defence pensioners. Pension details can be seen only through SPARSH Now. Not only this, to lodge a grievance related to your pension, the Bank will no longer entertain you and need to lodge it through SPARSH Portal. After getting an intimation from PCDA, Prayagraj you will get your Credential i.e SPARSH user ID and Password . In some cases, it has been observed that no intimation of credential received even after intimation of migration for a long period – may be 3-4 months or more. In such cases, it may be assumed that, the msg regarding generation of credential has not been received in your mobile/email due to technical error.

To overcome such eror, you may create your credential at your own. Just follow the steps below to generate at your own SPARSH user ID password.

Step – I. – find out your pension ID / SPARSH PPO Number that may already received in your mobile phone. If not received, kindly go to SPARSH Portal at www.sparsh.defencepension.gov.in and check migration status using the simple tools available there.

Step – 2 – Now try to login to your SPARSH profile from the url above . Just click on the login button and put user ID. Since you have not received your user ID, you should put your SPARSH PPO Number / Pension ID suffix by 01 at the end of the PPO number. Then you should click on the forget password button and follow the steps . You will need to authenticate via OTP to be received in your registered mobile (that registered with your pension bank account). (For family pensioners the suffix is 02 and for dependent pensioners the suffix – 03)

Step – 3 – Now you will receive SPARSH Password from PCDA (P) SPARSH within a few seconds So, your full credential – i.e USER ID and Password is ready now. After first time login, you need to change your password and continue declaration submission. Once you have submitted online declaration (PDV), you are done.

So, friend, your problem is now solved. You should keep your User ID and Password safely. Once you have completed PDV, you can now update your profile and relevant data. If any grievance can be lodged also. Yearly identification can now be completed through this SPARSH Portal.
