The Veterans are important asset of our Nation. Contribution of Exservicemen in nation building is still unplanned by our Govt. We can notice lack of skilled manpower at every section in our country. Whereas thousands and lakhs of Trained and skilled manpower who have multidimentional work experiene with dedication, loyalty and disipline are not utilised by our govt and corporate houses. No, in this article we are not talking about this thing, rather you may read the Historical Achievement by Ex-serviceman.

Their Dedication, Loyalty, Selfless Service, Integrity and Personal Courage made them honoured and different from common people. Yes I am writing about the Soldiers. After discharge from the Armed Forces, the Ex-servicemen proved to be the best part of the Civil Administration with remarkable success. Rajasthan Govt has kept provision of reservation for the post of Gp A Services for Ex-servicemen in state civil services unlike other major states. Thanks to the Govt of Rajasthan for showing respect and given opportunities to the brave soldiers of the country to participate in the administrative authority of the state.

What is the Historical Achievement by Ex-serviceman ?

The Ex-servicemen have proved their competency and ability in the Rajasthan Administrative Services Exam. It has been proudly announced by the Govt of Rajasthan, Sainik Kalyan Vibhag that Ex-servicemen candidates have secured 14 Seats out of 64 Total seats in Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) through the Examination conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC)

For the first time in history 5% seats were reserved in RPSC Higher Grade Administrative postion. 78 seats were reserved in the entire recruitment process and 120 ESM have been qualified (Merit list). Usually it has been seen that exservicemen are given opportunity to join only in Clerical /equivalent cadre and Gp D Posts. Direct entry to Gazetted rank of any state/centre is rarely seen. Whereas exservicemen candidates are highly qualified and competent enough to perform all managerial level tasks in state/central administration since they have versatile nature of job experience and knowledge.
