Exservicemen Attend the ECHS Monthly Meeting & Raise Points to Improve Service

Its a golden opportunity for veterans to report the irregularities and mis management of various ECHS polyclinics as reported by them in various foroum – now can be addressed directly at Monthly meeting of ECHS to be organised by RCs at the scheduled venue. Date, time and place of the meeting will be available at the notice board of each Polyclinic. You all should attend the meeting to report your grievances as it is a better avenue to bring attendtion of all the problems of ECHS with especially PBOR.

Recently, the Central Organisation has issued a circular/order to all concerned to conduct the meeting regularly. Copy of the letter is reproduced below.

CONDUCT OF MONTHLY VETERANS MEETING AT ECHS POLYCLINICS

  1. Please refer to Central Org ECHS letter No B/49701-PR/Gen/AG/ECHS/2019 dt 15 Nov 2019 (copy encl).
  2. Pre-COVID period, RCs & PCs was holding regular meetings with Veterans However, in recent years, Regional Centres/ Polyclinics are neither holding Monthly Veterans Meeting at their respective ECHS Polyclinics nor submitting the feedback to this HQ
  3. In view of the above, respected Comd HQs and RCs are once again requested to org Monthly Veterans Meeting at ECHS Polyclinics and fwd feedback of the same alongwith photos duly annotated to this HQ on monthly basis pi.
