Though SBI has all the records that who all are getting pension through the DSP Account but they have not converted your DSP salary account to DSP Pension Account. SBI has clearly circulated that until and unless your account has not been correctly coded to the specific applicable category, you will not get any insurance benefit as applicable for Rs 30 Lakh. So, you need to visit your SBI Pension Account Branch and request your Branch manager to convert your DSP salary account to DSP Pension account.
