Defence Pensioners Must Do this After Receiving SPARSH User Name Password

Veterans Defence Pensioners have already received SPARSH Login User ID and Password. Now you must carry out some compulsory / obligatory steps. Without completing these steps you will not be eligible to use the SPARSH Portal.

After first tile login you must change your password first. Your password should be noted in a safe place. We suggest that it should be noted on your personal diary or send on whatsapp to your closest one through whatsapp. So that you can get it from him or her. Once you login again after changing password, you must complete the undertaking and declaration steps. Please follow the step below-

After login to the SPARSH Portal, please complete following online undertakings as applicable, submission of mandatory declarations for Re-employment/ Overpayment & Aadhaar etc. Follow on screen process, click on “Agree/OK/Submit/Esign” etc on reflected declarations. You will be taken to the C-DAC website for your Aadhaar Authentication Page.

Fill up your Aadhaar No and click on “Send OTP”. An OTP will be received on your Mobile No registered with UIDAI (Aadhaar).

Fill the OTP and click on “Submit”. On receipt of a successful message, complete the balance onscreen process. After completion of the whole process, Logout and Login again.

(i) Acknowledgement Declaration.
(ii) Declaration of Refund of Excess Amount.
(iii) Consent for using Aadhaar for Annual Identification and DLC.
(iv) Consent for receiving notification on mobile number and email id.
(v) Re-employment Declaration.
(vi) Tax Option Declaration.

Post Login, you will be shown all the Services/Features like Track Service, identification, My Profile, Grievance, Income Tax Declaration & Form 16 etc. Errors observed in Profile, if any, can be flagged online through Service Request for data correction.

All updating of correction of data requests of Pensioner’s will be undertaken online by the concerned stakeholders at Record Office/ORO/PCDA(O)/PCDA(P) etc.
