PCDA has issued letter regarding Declaration of employment status i.e Reemployed or not. Those who have already migrated to SPARSH Pension system is required to submit a declaration and must indicate whether you are reemployed or not. The same thing is required to be mentioned while submitting life certificate by any means.
The PCDA has also indicated in their letter that , failing of employment status may cause non-payment of Dearness Allowance on pension irrespective of rank.
Now we may go through the Rules of payment of DR on Pension for Reemployed Exservicemen as available in the official website of PCDA.
“Group ‘A’ officers are not entitled to dearness relief during re-employ under a Govt office/ company/ Corporation/ Undertaking/Autonomous body. PBORs are entitled for dearness relief during re-employment under above organizations subject to production of a certificate from his re-employer that his pay has been fixed at the minimum of the scale of the post on which he has been re-employed and his entire amount of pension has been ignored in fixation of pay on re-employment.”
So, all the reemployed pensioners should declare whether he is reemployed or not. All reemployed (Govt/PSU/Corporation/Autonomous body) pensioners belong to PBOR category should submit a reemployment certificate duly mentioned the modalities of pay fixation on reemployment. If no such certificate is submitted, DR (DA) on pension may not be paid by PCDA SPARSH.
